Combine the craft of knitting with the possibilities of 3D printing. We’d love to see 3D-printed tools that directly support the process: holders, tension adjusters, yarn feeders, built-in stitch markers, bobbin organizers, or modular rigs that help with winding, blocking, or storing yarn balls during the work. If your idea leans more toward crocheting rather than knitting, that’s ok too. And if you’re up for a bigger challenge (which is more than welcome), it can be something as ambitious as a full knitting machine! Like Circular Sock Knitting Machine by JeepingJohnny, a complex but brilliant project that shows how far you can take it.
