As with most any other site, it should default to filtering out NSFW models unless you set in your profile to allow them. Possibly also multiple options for NSFW: Show, Blur, Hide?

Great request, thanks Scott! Definitely doing this. Plan: flag NSFW at index time, hide everything by default (also for logged-out users), and add a Show / Blur / Hide setting in your profile. Will post an update here once it ships
