0.96" OLED Module Case

There seem to be a lot of these little 0.96" OLED modules with slightly different dimensions. I was not able to fit my display module into some of the cases downloaded here. This model fits the SSD1306 modules with outer dimensions 24.8 x 26.9 currently sold on AliExpress. You could edit the .SCAD file to make it fit other dimensions.
It's simple, and it's boxy. Corners aren't rounded, dimensions are just the module plus a little margin. The current setup is fairly minimal, with the 0.8mm walls for low filament use I used during testing. You can print one in 5 minutes. This is sufficient, but if you want a more solid case, just raise the `front/back_thickness` values in the parametrized `params` file. Enlarging the case to for instance fit an ESP32 would just require raising the `case_height` value.
Currently the lid fit is just that the walls press into the case with the right margin. This worked well on my particular printer, but might need some value tweaking or material shaving on
