The flower on Bulbasaur's back has grown significantly larger due to the energy from Mega Evolution. The increased weight of the flower has strengthened the legs supporting it. The “trunk” bearing the massive flower is longer than before evolution. Four large leaves resembling banana leaves still grow from the base of the “trunk,” but unlike before evolution, these leaves extend toward the left front, right front, left rear, and right rear. Additionally, a new ring of four green leaves has emerged, lighter in color than the basal leaves and supported by slender, brown, coconut-trunk-like structures. Four vines hung down from the central trunk, their other ends anchored to the bases of surrounding leaves. The number of sharp points on the stamens decreased, and the petals lightened in color. The original irregular white spots on the petals were replaced by a white triangular mark pointing from a top corner toward the flower's center. Two small pink flowers with six petals bloom on its forehead and back respectively. Three dark green marks—a rhombus and two triangles—appear on its forehead. To support the larger flowers grown after its super evolution, Bulbasaur's waist and legs have also become more robust.
