This is a very difficult model to print without supports. it is possible with a good brim and good cooling with slow printing before the wings merge into the body. Printed in 1 piece with no supports, lots of brim. I included a single extruder version. I use cura to slice and without having the head as a separate model(merge, then unmerge) there isn't room for a prime tower
I like to print BIG so the IRL picture was printed diagonally 21x21cm for biggest wingspan, and about 20cm tall. 5shells and 20%infill. Took me >40hrs to print and 4 failures before the wings merged, due to curling and layershift or knocking the wing section loose, I printed a new more balanced fan shroud to evenly distribute cooling air, and then the print was "more" consistent, but still curling alot. I would recommend supporting the bottom of the wings, but im stubborn.
You can make the wing webbing a third color if you are capable of adding a pause command at certain
