1/2" Pipe Clamp

I made some shelves using 1/2 black pipe, npt flanges, and 1x12 pine board. I wanted a way to secure the shelf to pipe, so I made a clamp. These can also be used for 1/2" pipe clamps for plumbing purposes as well.

Tolerances aren't super tight (~1mm). The clamp can easily be slid up and down when mounting but they are tight once screwed in.

There are two versions. One is a 5mm thick, which should be fine for light-medium use. 8mm thick for heavier duty purposes.

I chose to print these in PETG because the shelf that these are being used for are going to be in direct sunlight for part of the day and in a room that sees some heat in the summer. PLA can be used as well if sunlight or heat is not a problem.
