1/2" PVC Easy Remove Mount System

EDIT: 10/13/20: Added new clips for 1/2" EMT. I have not printed these so scaling may need a very slight adjustment to get the fit you want. These work with the base and cover design. I also added the .stp file incase you want to modify for other sizes.


I wanted a mounting system to hang 1/2" PVC with RGB Pixels for my holiday lighting show. Not all parts are required based on what your needs are.

Base: You will mount the base to your house using a #8 x 3/4" stainless wood screw. Print vertical on the flat edge to your bed. This gives the best strength for layering.


Cover: This will mount to either the 30mm, 49mm, or extender with a #8 x 3/4" screw. Print with the top on the bed in the vertical orientation for strength and no need for supports.


Clips: I used the 30mm extenders with built in clips for my needs. I had a couple instances where I had to exend another 3/4" and made 49mm lengths. Print with the C flat on the bed.
