1/28 rc wheels

Hi! Many available 1/28th scale chassis lack suspensions. This is an attempt at integrating the suspensions within the wheels themselves, so that as much mass as possible stays suspended.
Plesae note that i added a file for the tubes which are used instead of springs, but the idea is to use 03mm diameter rubber/pVC tube instead, or lower the number of tube sections inserted so as to change the stiffness of the suspension.
