1/4 Hex Flat-Tip Bit

This is a simple Flat-Tip (slotted) bit for use on items you don't want to damage, but require low torque. I'm using these on anodized aluminum parts and don't want damaged edges from a metal bit or screwdriver. I've also seen people mention needing these for light or socket cover screws that have painted heads. Shaft size (blade width) is 7.2mm and blade thickness is around 1-1.2mm where most hardware will meet. It may not fit smaller hardware. You must print this in a high strength filament. I used PETG (as pictured). I printed mine standing straight up, but it might be stronger if printed on it's side.. I didn't try as I wanted it more uniform and it works for my needs. You must also print this at 100% infill as having any voids will surely fail at even very low torque. This is my very first upload, so please go easy on me if I messed something up.
