1/5th scale Winch spool

This spool was made to fit the Axial SCX6 Trail Honcho SERVO, S905 Standard 40KG 15T (AXI05001). I made/modified and installed this on my SCX6 Honcho, so far it works really well, dead lift approximately a 40-pound truck with no issues so far. It is a very tight fit, you need to push hard and you will need a 15mm long 3mm cap screw to push it onto the servo and a 2.5 mm drill bit to drill in your hole for whatever you use as a cable. I use 250 LB fishing line and works well so far. I drilled a hole on a angle as seen in the images. Hope it works for you.
