1.9 r/c wheel insert

Make it with no top or bottom walls. This is a tire foam support for the inner wheel. This is like the proline dual stage foam system. Use this instead of the blue proline blue closed cell foam. You still need to use the foam that comes with the two stage, (white part). I think the PL hard foam is too hard and does not give when you need it too. Just give it a shot and hope it work for you. This is for the 1.9 wheels.
