1" PEX Arch Base

This is a new design and I'm still testing certain aspects. Feedback welcome.

This base is for 1" PEX for arches.

* Big enough for Xconnect connectors to go through
* Channel for cable to exit
* Hole that fits 4" zip-tie for cable
* Thick outer walls for support
* 1/2" EMT Conduit hole
* 2 arms for mounting or staking into ground

I use 5 layers for outer walls for the perimeter. You can get away with no supports. .30 mm detail and infill all depends on how strong you want it.
