1" RC Crawler Tire Insert

Inserts for 1" crawler tires. This is custom made for my Injora 1.1" wheels and Injora 64mm tires, but resize for your wheels/tires.

I made 2 versions, a single and double walled version. I used Snapmaker TPU with a shore hardness of 95A. I found the single wall version performed much better but printed worse.

They are stiffer and have more spring compared to the cheap foam that some tires come with, and for better or for worse give you a much stiffer sidewall.
