A simple 10" rack that uses metal rack rails and 3D printed parts. The 4 metal rails needed are the HMF 668xx, which exist from 3U to 12U on Amazon.You'll also need 16 M3 heat-set inserts, 16 M3x8 DIN7991 screws, 16 DIN934 M6 nuts, and 16 M6x10 Flat Head Hex Socket Screws(The heat set insert could be substituted with M3 nuts and longer screws)
