Here is my 10" server project to store 2 Raspberrys with Repetier Server with 2x12 Prusas
All panels are aligned with the front on the print bed.
1. Fan slot
This panel is to keep the distance to the fan. Here 0.4mm is printed black, then a filament change to silver, again 0.4mm, then black again.
2. Free slot
This panel is printed single and will be used multiple times in my 15U project.
3.Power
This panel will be printed like Fan Slot again. 5mm LEDs
4. Raspberry
I made the Raspberry Pies once on the left and once on the right.
It's only for visual reasons. It only fits the Pi version 4.
4 red and 2 green LEDs are used to illuminate the logo. Between the panel and the silver part I put some greaseproof paper, which I colored red and green with felt-tip pens.
5. Cable bushing
The panel is again printed face down. For optical reasons I glued a silver ring inside and outside.
6.TP-Link SG108E
The cutout is 26mmx158mm
7. USB hubs
Since the USB hubs are too big for one
