Folger Tech Kossel 2020 top mount spool holder

Needed a simple spool holder to replace the acrylic piece that comes in the kits and works poorly on the Rev B design. Didn't have any 8mm rod, so resized to accept 3/8" threaded rod (commonly available in the US) and 3/8" flange bearings.
