E3D adaptor for Ultimaker 2

With this you will be able to use E3D's thermal barrier tube, Nozzel, and PT100 heater block for 3mm filament. This maintains the nozzle vertical position relative to the block assembly and printbed.
You will be able to use the stock layer cooling fan assembly with minor modification to the block heater.
I recommend getting an extra pt100 sensor as the odds of getting the one currently in the stock head out are slim.
