Samsung Galaxy Note 3: Webbing Case

Remix of a file by @mming1106. New features:

* Organic webbing. Generate new designs by setting `RAND_SEED` to different numbers.
* Thinner side walls. Set `shave`.
* Optional thinner back. Set `shave_z`.
* Volume & power button covers.
* Larger headphone jack cutout.

The script generates non-manifold models, so I recommend repairing your STL files in Netfabb before printing. (The included STL files have already been repaired.)
