Enterprise 128 Premium SD Card Reader Cover

This is the cover for the Enterprise 128 Premium SD Card Reader unit. The premium has different dimensions from the first version (see my other SD card reader case design), so a new case is needed. The design is based on the previous design even it is a bit larger because of the bigger PCB.
