Xtracycle rack rear light mounting bracket

This bracket solves two problems with the Xtracycle Freeradical at once:

First: the wooden deck isn't long enough to prevent spray from the rear wheel from landing on goods which are being transported on the back of the bike.

Second: There's no good place to mount a rear light on the Xtracycle.

The bracket provides 50 mm and 80 mm wide hole spacing, which can accommodate a wide range of permanently mounted battery and dynamo powered rack mounted rear lights.
