Vitamins:
1) about 2m of PVC or Al or any tube D=25mm, d = 22mm.
2) 1x 120mm, 3x 55mm M8 screw. Some M8 nuts (I prefere self-fixing ones).
3) 8x 40mm, 3x 50mm M5 screw, 11 nuts.

You can also use another tubes and screw with scaling details.

It is better if you are using washes and inners.
Use rubber bands or door spring for balance it.
