headphone cable spool

Remix of a remix.
Tricky part was to
1)make it small and at same time not fall apart
2)invent some way to make user able to rotate the base.

make sure it also spins freely and add lubricant if needed or increase tolerance in scad file.

edit : 03hph files are bit better. i've increased tolerance to make it spin more freely and made just one cutout slot so you should pull by two cables at same time, while holding the spool in other hand (less risk of damaging wire)
