Kossel Delta effector E3Dv6 hotend fan and part cooling thingie

This fan mount is based on the design of csorrows (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:852605) but almost completely redesigned for a better fit for the original E3Dv6 hotend.

This design uses 40mm fans for separate cooling of both the heatsink and the part being printed.

For this you do need an effector with a hole big enough in the middle, the top ring of the E3Dv6 heatsink will need to fit in it.
