Improved cable chain link

Derived from tosjduenfs and QuentinT's work. This improved link will let you put your cables inside easily and will be able to compress for assembly. Printer must be able to make a close distance bridge. I printed 25 of them and they work, but I forgot to calculate and restrict the rotation angle. They will rotate 90° upwards and around 20° downwards. I will redesign to restrict to 45° and 0° respectively. By the way, no supports are needed. In fact, supports would be problematic here.
