Duplicator i3 Adjustable Z Limit Switch - Remix / Mashup

There were several things I didn't like about the available adjustable limit switch mounts.

I wanted a mount that didn't require additional m2 screws. I wanted a large degree of adjustment, and I didn't want to have it held in place by grub screws. I also wanted it to be very sturdy and rigid.

So I took the best of what was available, redesigned, and combined.
