Big Fan Brackets for C-Bot

This is a remix of the "Fan Shroud-40mm.stl" files made by [Carl Feniak](http://www.thingiverse.com/cfeniak/about) for my [C-Bot printer](http://www.akeric.com/blog/?page_id=3063): I needed to mount some way more powerful 40x30mm 12v fans to cool the PLA coming out of the 1mm E3D-v6 Volcano hotend on my bot, so I came up with these based on his design.
