60mm fan mount for Ramps board

Mounts on metal frame of Prusa i3 rework to cool Ramps board.
The 12V 60mm fan is held on with wire ties-- a requirement for 3D printers. The whole thing is attached to the frame with another wire tie, yes!!
Other mounts weren't as beefy as this and didn't feel like they'd hold up. There is room between the Ramps board and the fan for all the wires to be routed up or down the frame. But don't blame me if you don't pay attention to the possibility of wires touching the fan and wrecking s
