Wire Clip for Bicycle light wires

Many bicycle rack have a 0.25" tube that wires can be supported by.
This clips on to the rack and wire to keep my 0.17" wires out of the wheel. bikecable109 give a way to attach small gage wire to the bike frame with glue or twosided tape.
