Kenwood D710G to Ram Adapter

UPDATE:
There are 2 versions, the file with Revision 2 is more refined so the faceplate unit can sit lower vertically when mounted from behind, it also allows more adjustment. I left the old version in case it happens to better suit someones application.

Adapts the supplied mounting bracket with a Kenwood D710G faceplate to a standard 1" ball, part #RAM-B-238

This does not require threading screws into the face-plate unit itself.
