100mm ceiling vent

I decided to reinvent the wheel and design a new ceiling vent for my room after painting the ceiling black and not wanted to reuse the old yellowing one. I didn't add in fixing holes because the friction fit is very snug, if you needed to fix feel free to add your own holes or you could drill and use caphead furniture fixings.square fascia is 150x150 with a chamfered edge and 10mm deep, hex cut outs are 5mm thick, pipe section is 30mm, internal diameter of pipe is 95mm and external is 100mm
