100x100 VESA mount flat surface adapter

This 100x100 VESA mount adapter is for monitors that have a non-flat backside. I created it for mounting a height adjustable VESA adapter which requires a flat surface. This adapter is for a specific model of 32" LG monitor, but it should works on most monitors with curved backside that are 100x100 VESA compatible. STEP file is included, you can modify it for your needs. You also need to get longer M4 screws.
