I modified Biomushrooms Parametric Extruder. I moved filament guide and everything related to it down 1mm, so the 1/8" Pushfit fit better. I then added supports for the Large Nema Opening and under the bearing support. I added a lever to the idler arm. The STL is for 1.75mm filament.
