One hub fits a 17mm OD x 5mm W x 9mm ID bearing,
and the other hub fits a 5/16" OD dowel rod.
Add a little tape to a 5/16" dowel rod for an axel, or 3D print one that's 9mm.
Super glue your CD/DVD to the hub, easy!
