16mm (eg. carbon) tube + rubber O-rings TJoint

I wanted to build a quadcopter around this idea but I decided to go different route.

This design was printed in ABS and tested for joint strength - all worked well.

I used something like 16mm ID / ~2.5mm thickness O-rings.

Modeled using Blender3D with extensive use of Boolean ops.
