Capacitor tray for Tekin Speed controls.

After a loss of an ESC because the wire broke I decided the Tekin RSX didn't have enough support for the Cap just hanging off the back like they tell you in the directions. This tray allows you to servo tape the cap to it and then tape it down to your chassis or ESC. It works with the RSX and RS flavors of speed controls that have an external capacitor.
