Basilica of San Bernardino - L'Aquila

The facade of a must place to visit in the town of L'Aquila. The basilica has just been re-opened (several years of reconstruction after the earthquake of 2009)! It is a master piece. My advice: get a guide & read all the information about San Bernardino di Siena and the Renaissance artists that built this Basilica over 30 yrs starting in 1454!
