K40 (and others!!) Chinese Laser Air Assist Nozzle

Designed in OpenSCAD the nozzle is parametized. This is designed to printed without support, the air tube rests on the bed with the top of the nozzle connection. I use the 40 MM and it works perfectly over the top of the surface I am cutting. Due to the angle of the tubing, the air is directed towards the center of the laser hole.

Note: You can lay with the wall thickness a little, but this was designed to handle 1/4 inch ID and 5/16 OD hoses. The interior tubing was made to have a back pres
