Customizable Adjustment Wheel Mark 2 For Cutting

This is the same as my regular mark 2, but modified for exporting .dxf files. I added the option of 1mm circles in the center of every hole for those of you (like me) who are printing it out, gluing it to a piece of wood, and cutting it out.
