Support RepRapDiscount Smart LCD for Prusa I3

This is a support RepRapDiscount Smart LCD originally designed for an i3 Prusa modified to be installed on the frame and not on the threaded rods.
This change is due to the fact that in the standard kit cables are not long enough mind for mounting on bars.
The whole is printed in PLA with a height of the layer of 0,2mm
