Graduated Cylinder Base

I was missing a base for one of my graduated cylinders. I decided to try and design and print one. Took some quick crude measurements (wood meter stick) and designed a base that works. It's a little loose but some double sided tape holds it tight. Has a Radius of 15.5 mm. Can probably be scaled for cylinders with other smaller/larger dimensions.
