GTX-Carriage Rework 1.0

Geeetech printers (at least the Prusa i3 Pro B) use the X-carriage to reach the endstop, and since I wanted to try the Rework 1.0 extruder, I've modified the original prusa i3 x-carriage to fit into my printer.
- 4 holes (near the zip ties) to use for the Rework 1.0
- 2 holes (near the belt) to use back the original MK8 Extruder if you need it.
