P3steel 2.x - Y-axis idler

This is a Y-axis idler for the P3steel 2.x.
Designed for use with 2 pieces MF126 bearings.

This part corrects the geometrical failure of the original part.
The belt will run perfectly horizontal and parallel when used with a 20teeth pulley.

This part is a remix of my first idler and now compatible with P3steel 2.x versions. It's now more rigid and precise.
