Extruder for flexible filaments (Wade)

This is my reworked Greg's Wade extruder, to adapt it to use with flexible filaments.
With this update, I can print now without jams, problem that was very frequent with the standard extruder, due to the existing gap after the bearings.
This extruder is adapted for a standard 3 mm diameter filament. I use it with an Hexagon hotend on a OrdBot printer.
Tested succesfully with NinjaFlex and FilaFlex, naturally It work very well also with the common ABS and PLA filaments.
