Turbine Whistle no glue required

This is a remix of Bakefy's excellent Turbine Whistle found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1031756

I just redesigned the top to slip over and clip on, so that no super glue is required...

Even with it not being 100% airtight, it seems to work really well!
