X ends with rod distance adjustment

These X-ends allow to adjust the distance between the X rods and the Z bearings, and so to compensate the lack of accuracy of the plastic printed parts.
The clearance between linear bearings and rods can be precisely set for a smooth, quiet motion of the X-carriage with no sticky spots.
The fine adjustment is performed by a M3 screw. Turning clockwise increases the rod spacing by 0.25mm each turn.
