Propeller balancer

This is a simple propeller balancer which can be used to balance plastic propellers for quadcopters using sticky tape. Two drops of oil are needed for better performance to reduce friction between plastic and metal axis of the propeller holder.
4 holes for M4 screws are made to connect balancer to solid surfaces.
IMPORTANT: the improved version of this propeller balancer is uploaded as version 2. 45 degree cuts are added to reduce friction instead of using oil.
