This is a light bar that mounts to the raspberry pi mount in thing 504823, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:504823.
The LEDs provide sufficient light to see the part being printed when using the camera even if the printer is in a dark room. Even if it is an room with lighting, the LEDs light up the part being printed without any shadows.
It holds 6 LEDs, they are wired in two sets of 3. Each set is in series with a current limiting resistor, I used 200 ohms. Each white LED has a voltage
