Clip-on Printrbot brushless blower turbine fan mount - version 2

This object is meant to serve the same purpose as the its original version, but to do it better.

The biggest functional change is that its arms no longer bend around inside the extruder mount, it just drops into the holes in the mount (with cutouts for wire passage) for stability and supports itself on the outside of the mount only. This is meant to allow it to be installed without breakage, and to keep it from getting close enough to the extruder that it becomes soft from the heat and stops
