Spool Holder With Brake

Bench mount spool holder with spool brake and axle. Uses a 1/4" rod inserted into spool axle.
Needs a piece of foam rubber glued to the spool brake. Brake is adjustable.
Raised boss on axle goes toward brake side to keep spool edge centered on brake.
