Display Box for bq i3 Hephestos

it's basically the same display box as Artemisio's (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:821099).
I added "Hephestos" at the front and on the top a symbol how to insert the SD card.
Because I made it a relief you now know where the SD card should be inserted when you don't see the top. That's because you now feel easier the position where the card belongs to.

V2 is now online. Everything should be ok.
